Security
Approximately 30-45 days prior to your departure date, you will receive your customized Bella Vita Italia Travel Packet. This robust kit will include the following documents and information:

• Day to day itinerary
• All your accommodation reservations
• Detailed transportation info, train tickets and timetables
• Reservations & details for all tours, excursions & activities
• “Food, Drink & Fun” recommendations for each of your destinations
• A Helpful Hints guide for traveling in Italy & specifics on the places you will be visiting
• Suggested “on your own” adventures (and how to!)

Also, we are just a phone call or email away from assisting you before or during your stay in Italy.

Choice
We offer two options in terms of how to work with BVI:

1. You can hire BVI for a flat consultant fee and all bookings are either secured and charged directly to your credit card or paid in cash on site.

2. You can hire BVI to create a completely customized vacation package with our fees are included in the overall price and we pay out all of the suppliers.

BVI’s fees are based on the number of travelers, days, destinations and of overall intricacy of your trip. We can confidently say these fees are only a fraction of your overall trip budget but priceless in terms of creating and executing a very special trip for you and your travel companions.
